The delivery of products / services sold under the GDPR Complet brand (by AMPLUSNET SRL) is made in electronic format sent via e-mail.

Choose the desired product and press the “Buy” button. Enter your personal data and choose the online payment method or bank transfer (proforma invoice). Please fill in the order form correctly and indicate the natural or legal person to whom the invoicing and delivery will be made.

The e-mail address is very important because the information related to the purchased product / service will be sent via e-mail.

If you choose to pay online , enter your details, click “Pay Online” and you will be redirected to the Netopia MobilPay payment processor, where you will enter your card details. For these types of payments you will benefit from the bank security for online trading, guaranteed by Netopia MobilPay .

GDPR Complet does not store or access your card data.

If the transaction is successful, you will be redirected back to the gdprcomplet.ro website, where you will receive details about access to the purchased product / service.

If you have chosen payment by bank transfer (proforma invoice), you will receive this document by email. For access to the purchased product / service we need proof of payment.

The email containing information on how to use the ordered products / services is delivered to you. within 1 working day of confirmation of payment.

Return / cancellation policy

To request a refund, return or exchange of an order placed on gdprcomplet.ro you will need to contact AMPLUSNET SRL by email at contact@gdprcomplet.ro or by phone at 0365401269/0745508673.

The submitted request will be analyzed and we will notify you by e-mail about the status of the notification within a maximum of 2 working days.

Refund, return or exchange requests are accepted within a maximum of 30 days from the date of placing the order.

If the order has already been delivered and / or has undergone adjustments or customizations, then the value of the services provided (for these customizations – for example diplomas) will be deducted from the refund.

If the request for reimbursement is approved, the value of the payment will be reimbursed within 30 working days.
